Hey Kevin!! My peeps are very interested. Regarding the Septic, what is the plan? They very well could be writing an offer.

I had septic system tested but figured it would not pass. So, 3 weeks ago I got placed on Northern Dirt Works list to replace tank and pit. As you are on the street looking at the house, it will go on right hand side of house.
I will not be replacing those trees cut or doing anything extra i.e. planting grass, etc. Surveyor should be out next week to flag the common lot line, so they do not cut the neighbors trees. 😊 It will be a 3-bedroom system.
